Workshops are 1 ½ hours in length. Gender Odyssey Family recognizes the vast amount of knowledge and experience that all of our attendees bring to this conference. Presenters are strongly encouraged to incorporate at least one-third of the allotted time of their presentation for discussion and questions from the conference attendees. Please tailor your presentations accordingly. If you feel this would diminish your presentation, write to us at workshops@genderodysseyfamily.org to discuss this matter.

A/V Needs
We are able to provide the following equipment for your presentation. Please let us know what you need:

• Flip chart and markers
• Projector and screen for PowerPoint presentations ($50 per presentation, must be paid by presenter in advance. Limited availability, early submissions receive preference.)

1. I understand that the conference staff will notify me by email, no later than April 19, 2013, to let me know whether my proposal has been accepted.
2. If my proposal is accepted, I/we agree to present on the day and time assigned to me by Gender Odyssey Family. I understand that conference programming spans Friday, Saturday and Sunday (Aug 2-4, 2013) from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
3. I will pre-register at current registration rate to confirm my ability to present by April 30, 2013. If I need financial assistance, I will complete and return the scholarship application on Gender Odyssey Family’s website.
4. I am submitting this workshop submission form before February 22, 2013.
5. I understand that Gender Odyssey Family staff will direct all communications only to the person submitting the proposal and that it is that person’s responsibility to inform any co-presenters of all information and agreements stated herein or in subsequent communications.
